Refund Policy

Returns

Personalised Items

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange any personalised products unless it is faulty or a mistake has been made by us. If there’s a fault or mistake please contact us via hello@thecleverclogskidscompany.co.uk

Unpersonalised Items - Non Faulty Items

For unpersonalised, non faulty items our policy lasts 30 days from the date the item was received by the recipient. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Unpersonalised Items - Faulty Items

For unpersonalised, faulty items we ask that you email us a photo of the fault within 7 days of the receipt of the item. Following the receipt of your photo we will work with you to arrange a refund or exchange. The email address is hello@thecleverclogskidscompany.co.uk

Gift Cards

Please note that gift cards are also non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at hello@thecleverclogskidscompany and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Shipping

To return your product, you should post your item to: Unit 5, Stechford Trading Estate, Lyndon Road, B33 8BU.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

As always, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
